These terms describe the use of the Opulent Weds website and matrimonial introduction service. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Contact opulentweds@gmail.com with questions before applying.

1. Eligibility and applications

The service is for adults who are legally eligible to marry under applicable law. Applicants must provide accurate information and have permission to submit another person's details or photographs. Family representatives must act with the prospective member's knowledge and consent.

An enquiry or application does not confirm membership. Head office reviews the information and may arrange a call or in-person meeting before deciding whether to offer membership.

2. Profiles and verification

Keep your contact, personal, family and financial information accurate and notify us of material changes. Do not impersonate anyone, exaggerate assets, submit misleading documents or use photographs without permission. Review of information is not a guarantee of a person's identity, financial position, conduct or suitability.

3. Matching and introductions

Matching considers declared religion, caste, wealth category and shared language, together with mutual preferences and membership status. Recommendations do not guarantee compatibility, an introduction, a relationship or marriage. Both individuals retain the choice to accept or decline an introduction. Contact sharing is subject to mutual interest, consent and head-office handling.

4. Membership offers

Any membership charges, duration, included services, cancellation and refund terms must be provided with the individual membership offer before payment. Sending an enquiry does not itself create a paid subscription. Rights available under applicable consumer law are not excluded by these terms.

5. Respectful and private use

Do not harass, discriminate abusively, threaten, solicit money, scrape profiles or distribute another member's information or photographs without permission. Use information received through the service only for the agreed matrimonial introduction. We may restrict access while investigating misuse or inaccurate information.

6. Personal decisions and safety

Use your own judgment and conduct appropriate independent checks before making personal, financial or marriage decisions. Do not send money or financial credentials to other members. Report suspected misuse to head office.

7. Updates and contact
